Measure straight across the back from one shoulder seam to the other, passing through the point where the sleeve meets the shoulder seam.

Measure from one underarm seam to the other (at the sleeve connection), then double the measurement to obtain the full chest circumference.

Measure from the center back neck seam (excluding the collar) straight down to the bottom hem.

Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve cuff.

Measure horizontally across the narrowest part of the waist, from one side seam to the other, and then double the measurement to get the full waist circumference.
